Mapletree Logistics Trust issues 8.32 million new units to settle management fees

Mapletree Logistics Trust (M44U) said it issued 8,319,937 new units on Feb, 12 2026, to pay part of its base, property management and lease management fees for the period from Oct, 01 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.

The units were issued at 1.2965 Singapore dollars each, comprising 7,280,207 units for the base fee and 1,039,730 units for property and lease management fees.

Mulberry Pte. Ltd., nominated by the manager and property manager, received all of the newly issued units, bringing its holding to 907,680,344 units. The manager now holds 6,290,361 units, while the property manager holds none.

Following the issuance, Mapletree Logistics Trust’s total units in issue increased to 5,110,906,724.
