NOVAUTEK (00519) has announced that all conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled in accordance with their respective terms, with completion taking effect on September 18, 2026.

Following the completion, convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$33 million have been issued to the subscriber. The net proceeds from the subscription, after deducting commissions and other related costs and expenses, amount to approximately HK$32.57 million.
