APOLLO FMG (00860) has announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$91.102 million, representing a decrease of 73.22% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to company owners was HK$664 million, narrowing by 56.83% year-on-year. Basic loss per share was HK65.0 cents.

During the reporting period, revenue from the mobility technology solutions segment decreased significantly. This was due to the completion of all Apollo IE deliveries in 2024, while the next-generation top-tier supercar, Apollo EVO, remained under development throughout the year, leading to reduced automotive sales and distribution. The Apollo EVO is currently being produced in Germany and is expected to begin customer deliveries starting in the second quarter of 2026. As a result, the group anticipates an improvement in revenue from its mobility technology solutions segment in 2026.

Revenue generated from the sale of jewelry products, watches, and other goods also saw a substantial decline during the year. This was attributed to ongoing challenges in China's retail and wholesale markets. The group is focusing on developing its mobility technology solutions segment, allocating limited resources to its jewelry, watch, and other merchandise operations. Additionally, the group is gradually scaling down its jewelry, watch, and general merchandise business while expanding its mobility technology solutions operations.
