Sun Hing Vision Group Holdings Limited announced that Executive Director Ms. Ma Sau Ching has joined the Board’s Nomination Committee, effective 16 July 2026.

Following the appointment, the Nomination Committee now includes Ms. Ma alongside existing members drawn from the company’s Board, which currently comprises four executive directors—Mr. Ku Ngai Yung, Otis; Mr. Ku Ka Yung; Mr. Chan Chi Sun; and Ms. Ma Sau Ching—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chow Chi Fai; Mr. Lee Kwong Yiu; and Mr. Wong Che Man, Eddy.
