Drone defense startup backed by Trump's son targets US stock exchange listing

A company specializing in anti-drone technology, backed by an investment from Eric Trump, the son of President Donald Trump, is preparing to go public in the United States through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company.

Space-Eyes, the drone detection and countermeasure firm, also operates a geospatial intelligence platform. It plans to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol CUAS. The business combination with McKinley Acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year. The deal implies an enterprise value of approximately $370 million for Space-Eyes.

Eric Trump, who serves as an executive vice president at the Trump Organization, is acting as an investor and strategic advisor to the company.
