DEEPEXI TECH (Stock Code: 01384) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 20 March 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The agenda will also include a decision on the recommendation of a final dividend and other routine matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Zhao Jiehui, who serves concurrently as Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. As disclosed, the current Board comprises five executive directors (Mr. Zhao Jiehui, Mr. Yang Lei, Dr. Li Qiang, Mr. Cao Lianfei, Ms. Shi Yi), one non-executive director (Mr. Wang Zhenghao) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Yang Hongxia, Dr. Kong Xianguang, Mr. Zhang Jielong).

The company will release its FY2025 results and any proposed final dividend following the Board’s review on the specified date.
