According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 25, Charm Talent International Limited acquired an additional 2 million shares of LONGFOR GROUP (00960).

The transaction was executed at a price of approximately HK$6.1225 per share, resulting in a total investment of around HK$12.245 million.

Following this purchase, Charm Talent International's total shareholding in the company has risen to roughly 3.053 billion shares.

This increased holding now represents a 43.02% stake in LONGFOR GROUP.
