CN Health Tech (01069) announced that the resolutions for the re-election of Professor Ling Feng as an executive director and the re-election of Mr. Guo Zhonglong as an independent non-executive director were not passed at the annual general meeting. Consequently, Professor Ling Feng retired from his position as an executive director upon the conclusion of the meeting, and Mr. Guo Zhonglong retired as an independent non-executive director at the same time. Effective December 31, 2025, Professor Ling Feng has resigned from his role as Chairman of the Board, and Ms. Bi Xue has been appointed as the new Chairperson.
