Fujian Holdings appoints Lee Man Tai as Company Secretary following Chan Tao Ming’s resignation

Fujian Holdings Limited announced that Company Secretary Chan Tao Ming resigned, effective 4 May 2026. According to the board, Chan has no disagreements with directors and no issues require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same date, the board appointed Lee Man Tai as the new Company Secretary. Lee is a fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lingnan University (2000) and an MBA from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2010).

Lee has 25 years of experience spanning auditing, accounting, financial management and company secretarial services. He has been licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 1 (dealing in securities) activities since 2017 and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) activities since 2020. Currently, he serves as chief financial officer and company secretary of China New Consumption Group Limited (since June 2021) and company secretary of Madison Holdings Group Limited (since March 2026).

The board expressed gratitude to Chan for his service and extended a welcome to Lee on his appointment.
