HENGDELI (03389) announced that following the formal approval of the aforementioned resolution at the special general meeting, Mr. Huang Yonghua has been removed from his position as director effective from the conclusion of the special general meeting held on August 18, 2025, and is therefore no longer qualified to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. To replace Mr. Huang Yonghua, the company's executive director Mr. Li Shuzhong has been appointed as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from August 18, 2025.
