Conch Cement Executes RMB13.74 Million A-Share Buyback, Treasury Stock Rises to 19.72 Million Shares

On 29 July 2026, Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (Conch Cement, 600585.SH; 00914.HK) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return, confirming the repurchase of 0.75 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from RMB 18.23 to RMB 18.36 apiece, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 18.32, representing a total outlay of RMB 13.74 million.

Following the transaction, Conch Cement’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02 % to 3.96 billion shares. The company’s treasury share balance increased from 18.97 million to 19.72 million shares, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 3.98 billion.

All 0.75 million repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock; none have been cancelled to date. Conch Cement stated that the buyback complied with Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations and that no material changes have occurred to the particulars set out in its 26 May 2026 announcement.
