Conch Cement Repurchases 400,000 H Shares, Expands Treasury Stock to 10.50 Million

Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (Conch Cement) disclosed that it bought back 400,000 H shares on 28 August 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HKD 17.77 and HKD 17.86, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 17.82, resulting in a total consideration of HKD 7.13 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) decreased to 1.29 billion, down by 0.031%. • Treasury shares increased to 10.50 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.30 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury and have not been cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises Conch Cement to repurchase up to 1.30 billion shares. To date, the company has repurchased 10.50 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.81% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Conch Cement will observe a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 27 September 2026.
