Xtep International Holdings Limited (XTEP INT'L) issued a clarification after identifying a typographical error in its 16 April 2026 circular, AGM notice and proxy form.

The corrected disclosure states that the proposed final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 remains HK 9.5 cents per share, but the equivalent amount should read approximately RMB 8.4 cents—not the figure previously shown. The scrip dividend option and all other terms of the dividend proposal are unchanged.

Ordinary resolution 2 in the AGM notice and proxy form has been updated accordingly, and the existing proxy forms already lodged with the share registrar will remain valid if correctly completed.

No other information in the circular, AGM notice or proxy form has been altered. Xtep’s annual general meeting is scheduled for 8 May 2026.
