PA GOODDOCTOR (HKEX: 01833) has announced a series of changes to its senior management and company secretarial roles. Due to personal work arrangements, Ms. Zang Luoqi has resigned from her positions as the company's executive director, executive vice president, chief financial officer, board secretary, and company secretary. Her resignation will take effect on June 16, 2026. Concurrent with her departure, she will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's Listing Rules.

PA GOODDOCTOR has appointed Ms. Xu Qin and Mr. Chen Chengyuan as the company's co-company secretaries. Additionally, Ms. Xu has been appointed as the company's chief financial officer, board secretary, and authorized representative. All these appointments are scheduled to become effective on June 16, 2026.
