Winfair Investment Company Limited published its unaudited consolidated interim figures for the six months ended 30 September 2025. The Group registered revenue of HK$11.97 million, down 2.4% from the corresponding period last year. The loss attributable to owners of the Company grew to HK$24.62 million, compared with a HK$10.90 million loss a year earlier, mainly due to a greater fair value loss on investment properties.

Investment property valuations declined from HK$747.80 million as at 31 March 2025 to HK$701.00 million as at 30 September 2025. The fair value loss recorded for the period was HK$46.80 million, up from HK$35.71 million in the comparable period last year. Meanwhile, the Group recognized fair value gains of HK$13.98 million on equity instruments at fair value through profit or loss, and an additional HK$9.33 million on equity instruments at fair value through other comprehensive income.

Rental income remained relatively stable, amounting to HK$7.51 million. The securities investment portfolio generated HK$4.45 million in dividend income, while the Group’s total listed share investments were valued at approximately HK$152.64 million as at 30 September 2025. The Group reiterated that its redevelopment project at 31 Fuk Tsun Street remains on hold under the current market environment, with management closely tracking conditions before proceeding.

Liquidity remained sound, with cash and bank balances of HK$133.62 million. The board resolved to issue an interim dividend of 2 HK cents per share, totaling HK$0.80 million, to shareholders registered on 23 December 2025.
