During the 2026 Inclusion Outer Temple Conference, Ant Digital's CEO Zhao Wenbiao presented the company's latest operational progress on the afternoon of September 10. This marks the first comprehensive disclosure of performance metrics since the company's independent establishment two years ago.

Public records indicate that Ant Digital began independent operations in 2024, with a sustained focus on digital transformation services for enterprises. To date, it has served over 30,000 businesses across 25 countries and regions globally.

Over the past two years, Ant Digital has persistently advanced the AI integration of its existing product lines while introducing a suite of AI-native offerings, including the industry-specific large model LingDT, the intelligent agent platform Agentar, the model service platform DTMaaS, and the intelligent agent security product "Ant Detective." With AI emerging as a core business driver, the company's key growth metrics have correspondingly evolved. Zhao Wenbiao stated that future focus will center on AI value delivery, revenue from AI-native applications, and platform-based ARR.

From a performance standpoint, Ant Digital achieves an average annual overall growth rate of nearly 50%, with its AI-to-Business segment experiencing triple-digit growth. Platform product ARR expands at a rate of 60%, and the net revenue retention rate (NRR) surpasses 110%. Among large enterprise clients, the proportion purchasing AI services approaches 20%.

"AI-to-Business is emerging as Ant Digital's core strategic focus," Zhao Wenbiao remarked. Currently, the company's AI operations span multiple industries, including finance, energy, healthcare, and consumer goods.

According to IDC reports, within China's private intelligent agent development platform market, Ant Digital ranks first among non-cloud providers and fourth overall. In the financial industry's large model platform, agent applications, and services market, it holds a leading 13.3% market share. Within the financial sector specifically, Ant Digital serves all state-owned and joint-stock banks, over 60% of regional commercial banks, and hundreds of financial institutions.

In overseas markets, Ant Digital has established collaborations with entities such as Malaysia's Ryt Bank and Touch 'n Go, the Philippines' GCash, Kazakhstan's BCC Bank, and Vietnam's FPT, while continuing to expand into regions including the Middle East, Japan, and South Korea.
