Her resignation will take effect from February 10, 2026, due to work changes.

Mr. Chen Zhenjie has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative, and authorized representative for receiving legal documents, effective from February 10, 2026. Mr. Chen is not a direct employee of the company but acts as an external service provider. He will share the responsibilities of company secretary with Mr. Pi Wei, who will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary and act as Mr. Chen's contact person for company secretary matters.
