DATANG RENEW (01798) has announced that due to job adjustments, Mr. Ying Xuejun plans to resign from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Board's Strategy Committee, effective from the date when a new director is appointed by the company's shareholders' meeting.

Additionally, Mr. Zhao Gang has been nominated as a candidate for Executive Director of the company, which will take effect upon approval by shareholders at the general meeting.
