Wuling Motors (HKEX: 00305) has announced a change to its board of directors.

Mr. Wei Mingfeng has tendered his resignation from his role as an executive director of the company. This decision allows him to dedicate more time to his other managerial responsibilities within the company's controlling shareholder, Guangxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd.

Concurrently, Mr. Song Wei has been appointed as an executive director of the company.

Both changes are effective from June 29, 2026.
