MINIEYE (02431) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB759 million, an increase of 15.97% year-on-year. Gross profit reached RMB141 million, up 34.9% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to company owners was RMB400 million, with a loss per share of RMB0.99.

Revenue demonstrated steady growth, while autonomous vehicle and operations services began to show promising results. During the reporting period, the group achieved revenue of RMB759 million, representing a steady year-on-year growth of 16.0%. Notably, the autonomous vehicle and operations services were officially launched, generating approximately RMB65 million in revenue in their first year of commercial operation. This significant progress in business expansion has laid a solid foundation for successful commercial deployment.

As the group adjusted its business structure and implemented cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement measures, its gross profit margin continued to rise. It increased from 16.0% in 2024 to 18.6% in 2025, an improvement of 2.6 percentage points.

Through strategic implementation in 2025, the company has successfully achieved the reuse of core capabilities and systematic migration from L2+ advanced driver-assistance systems to L4 autonomous driving. A new dual-driver business model has been formally established, combining mass production of L2+ front-loading solutions with the large-scale operation of L4 autonomous vehicles. MINIEYE is among the few companies in the industry to have accomplished this strategic layout, opening up significant opportunities for long-term, high-quality growth.
