Frasers Hospitality Trust (ACV) delists from SGX after privatisation

Frasers Hospitality Trust (ACV) announced that its stapled securities were delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at 9:00 a.m. on Oct, 06 2025, completing a privatisation exercise carried out through a trust scheme of arrangement.

Following the removal from the bourse, Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust becomes a private sub-trust and ceases to be an authorised collective investment scheme, while Frasers Hospitality Business Trust also converts into a private sub-trust and is no longer a registered business trust.

The two entities will continue to operate privately under their respective managers, Frasers Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. and Frasers Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd.
