Almana Signals Strategic Pivot to Consulting and Resource Trading; Evaluates Capital Injection

Hong Kong – Almana Limited released a voluntary business update on 1 June 2026 outlining plans to diversify beyond its core sales of household, plantation and accessory products.

The Board, newly reinforced by directors with strong consultancy backgrounds, has identified growth opportunities in four segments: immigration consulting, education consulting, company service consulting and other advisory services. Parallel to this, management is studying an expansion into the trading of resource products within the existing corporate framework.

To accelerate the consultancy rollout, Almana is in early-stage discussions regarding a potential capital injection or investment in one or more service providers active in the targeted advisory fields. No commercial terms have been agreed, and no memorandum of understanding or definitive agreement has been signed. Should a transaction proceed, it could constitute a notifiable transaction under GEM Listing Rules, triggering further disclosure requirements.

The company states that the dual move into consulting and resource-related trading aims to broaden the revenue base, optimise the business mix and enhance competitiveness. Execution steps will include project implementation, compliance framework development, team building, resource integration and strategic partnerships.

Almana will maintain its existing product sales operations while pursuing these new initiatives. Given the preliminary nature of discussions, the Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
