Bulletin Express
01/27

Home Control International Limited (the Company) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) on 27 January 2026. The MOU, signed through Cyber Security Research Centre @ NTU (CYSREN), sets out a framework for potential cooperation and collaboration in AIoT-enabled healthcare solutions, including plans for a personal healthcare AIoT platform, healthcare management ecosystem security, and related intellectual property (IP) licensing and transfer.

The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Orbiva Limited, recently established an IP license agreement with NTUitive Pte Ltd (NTUitive) involving the use of an AI-assisted trustworthy home-care intelligence agent system. Under this agreement, Orbiva has rights to develop related systems, platforms, solutions, and services for home care and healthcare management leveraging IoT and AIoT technology.

The MOU targets broader strategic collaboration between the Company and NTU to develop a secured healthcare AIoT platform and explore new business opportunities. Approximately 70% of the net proceeds from a recent placing have been earmarked for healthcare-related research and development initiatives, supporting these planned activities.

The MOU itself is not legally binding. Further definitive cooperation agreements would be subject to additional negotiations, applicable regulations, and internal approval procedures. There is no assurance that the proposed cooperation will materialize, and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
