Binhai Inv repurchases 50,000 shares on 23 June, treasury stock lifted to 17.15 million

Binhai Investment Company Limited (Binhai Inv) disclosed a share buy-back of 50,000 ordinary shares on 23 June 2026 under its existing repurchase mandate granted on 8 May 2026. The transaction, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, was completed at prices ranging between HK$1.06 and HK$1.08, with a volume-weighted average of HK$1.068 per share. Total cash outlay amounted to HK$53,400.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0037% to 1.36611 billion shares. Treasury shares increased from 17.10 million to 17.15 million, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 1.38326 billion.

Since the approval of the current mandate, Binhai Inv has bought back 338,000 shares, representing 0.025% of the 1.36645 billion shares outstanding as at the mandate date. The company remains authorised to repurchase up to 136.64 million shares in total. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Binhai Inv is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 23 July 2026.
