HING MING HLDGS (08425) announced that as the company and Baker Tilly Hong Kong (Baker Tilly) failed to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the consolidated financial statements of the group for the year ending March 31, 2026, Baker Tilly has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 22, 2025.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors resolved to approve the appointment of Opus International as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by Baker Tilly's resignation. The appointment will take effect from December 22, 2025, and will remain in place until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
