Confidence Intelligence Holdings Limited released an updated list of directors and board committee memberships, effective 29 May 2026.

The reconstituted Board now comprises four executive directors: Li Hao, who retains dual roles as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Zhang Bizhong; Xu Shizhen; and Li Biqiong.

Independent oversight is provided by three independent non-executive directors: Chow Kit Ting, Mu Lingxia and Huang Jianfei.

Committee leadership has been realigned as follows: • Audit Committee – chaired by Chow Kit Ting, with Mu Lingxia and Huang Jianfei serving as members. • Nomination Committee – chaired by Huang Jianfei, with Chow Kit Ting and Mu Lingxia as members. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Mu Lingxia, with Chow Kit Ting and Huang Jianfei as members.

The announcement, issued in Hong Kong on 29 May 2026, formalises the current governance framework for Confidence Intelligence and clarifies each director’s role across key board committees.
