According to the latest voluntary operational update released by Topsports International Holdings Limited for the three months ended 28 February 2026 (fourth quarter of FY2025/26), combined retail and wholesale sales registered a low-single-digit year-on-year decline.

As of 28 February 2026, the gross selling area of the group’s directly-operated stores fell by 4.2% versus the end of the previous quarter and by 9.7% compared with the same period a year earlier.

Management noted that the figures are based on unaudited data and may be subject to further adjustment. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to consider this when evaluating the company’s performance.
