SunCorp Technologies Limited (SUNCORP TECH) announced that its Special General Meeting held on 3 August 2026 approved the proposed share consolidation by a substantial majority.

The sole ordinary resolution—authorising the share consolidation outlined in the circular dated 10 July 2026—received 175.36 million votes in favour (99.93%) versus 0.12 million votes against (0.07%). As the approval exceeded the required 50% threshold, the resolution was duly passed.

A total of 1.54 billion issued shares were eligible to vote, with no shareholders indicating intentions to oppose or abstain beforehand and no voting restrictions imposed. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll, and all directors were present at the meeting.

The board confirmed the result in an announcement signed by Executive Director Zhu Yuqi on 3 August 2026.
