Resumption roadmap • The Stock Exchange issued resumption guidance on 28 January 2025 and 7 July 2025. The company submitted a formal resumption application on 19 May 2026 after delivering final independent investigation and internal-control review reports. Business continuity The group continues normal operations across three core segments: 1) CA SEGA JOYPOLIS indoor theme-park licensing (asset-light model); 2) trading animation-derived products and building an IP-based pop-toy collectibles platform; 3) multimedia animation entertainment centred on animation IP and VR/e-sports.
Financial-reporting timetable • FY2025 annual and 1H FY2025 interim results were published on 22 March 2026. • The FY2025 annual report and 1H FY2025 interim report are scheduled for publication in June 2026. • Audit fieldwork for FY2026 results is under way, with release targeted on or around 30 June 2026.
Investigation outcome An independent forensic investigation into prior-years’ transactions that led to impairments in FY2022–FY2023 has concluded. Finalised reports have been filed with HKEX alongside a revised internal-control review.
Debt-restructuring milestones The comprehensive restructuring package—covering capital reorganisation, change in board-lot size, creditors’ scheme and share subscriptions—secured: • conditional Whitewash Waiver and approval of related special deals from the Executive on 22 May 2026; • shareholder approval at the extraordinary general meeting on 27 May 2026, where all resolutions were passed by poll.
Trading status Shares remain suspended and will continue to be so until resumption conditions are satisfied. The company will issue further announcements and quarterly updates as required.
