COMPUTIME (00320) has announced that Ms. Ou Jinglin has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of the company, effective April 1, 2026. Ms. Gioia Messinger has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee of the company, effective from the same date.
