On 31 March 2026, E-Star Commercial Management Company Limited reported a series of boardroom changes that will take effect immediately:
• Executive Director Ma Chaoqun has resigned to concentrate on other business commitments. • Non-Executive Director Liu Jun has stepped down from the board and vacated his seats on both the Audit and Remuneration Committees for the same reason. • Both departing directors confirmed no disagreement with the company and cited no matters requiring shareholder attention, and the board does not expect any impact on daily operations.
Concurrently, the board appointed Ou Qunping as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, also effective 31 March 2026. Ou, aged 46, brings more than two decades of experience spanning financial management, asset management and family-office operations. Since August 2011 she has held senior roles within Galaxy Holding Group, including executive deputy general manager of Shenzhen Galaxy Financial Holdings and deputy general manager of Galaxy Holding’s finance management center. Earlier, she served as audit manager at the Shenzhen office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhongtian LLP.
Ou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Central University of Finance and Economics, as well as an MBA from the China Europe International Business School. She is also a China Certified Public Accountant.
Under her three-year appointment letter, Ou will receive no remuneration from the company for her non-executive director role. She currently owns 63,000 shares of E-Star Commercial Management and has 160,000 unvested shares subject to conditions under the company’s Share Award Scheme announced on 17 April 2023.
Following these changes, the board comprises: • Executive Directors: Huang De-Lin Benny (Chairman), Chen Qunsheng • Non-Executive Directors: Huang De’An Tony, Ou Qunping • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Wan Hoi Lam, Guo Zengli, Dr. Zhang Jinghua
The board extended its appreciation to the departing directors for their service and welcomed Ou Qunping to her new positions.
