Holly Futures has announced that its 2026 first extraordinary shareholders’ meeting (ESM) is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, at Conference Room 2105, 21/F, A4 Building, Financial City Phase II, No. 399 Jiang Dong Zhong Road, Jianye District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, the PRC.

The ESM will address one key ordinary resolution: the proposed appointment of Mr. Wang Yuwei as an independent non-executive director, along with the proposed Director’s remuneration details. The resolution will be put to a poll, with voting results to be published in accordance with relevant listing rules.

The register of members will be closed from Thursday, 26 February 2026 to Tuesday, 3 March 2026 (both dates inclusive), during which no share transfers will be registered. Only shareholders whose names appear on the register on 3 March 2026 will be entitled to attend and vote. Shareholders are also allowed to appoint proxies by submitting the necessary proxy forms before 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 2 March 2026. Shareholders attending the meeting in person or through proxies must provide valid identification. The notice further states that a vote cast according to a validly executed proxy form remains effective despite the shareholder’s subsequent death or incapacity, unless formal written notice of such circumstances is received before the meeting date.
