Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) announced on Wednesday that it will release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 after the market closes on July 29th.

The earnings report will be posted on the company's investor relations website and will be filed with the SEC on Form 8-K.

A conference call to discuss the third quarter results will be held at 1:45 p.m. Pacific Time on the same day.

The call will be webcast live on the company's investor events website, with an audio replay available for 30 days following the event.

This earnings release is highly anticipated by the market.

For the second fiscal quarter ended March 29th, Qualcomm reported revenue of $10.599 billion, down 3% year-over-year, and net income of $7.37 billion, a significant increase of 162% compared to the prior year.

While revenue from the handset chip business declined 13% year-over-year to $6.024 billion, impacted by rising memory chip prices and supply constraints, the automotive chip business performed robustly.

Automotive revenue reached $1.326 billion, growing 38% year-over-year and setting a new quarterly record.

For the upcoming third fiscal quarter, Qualcomm had previously provided revenue guidance in the range of $9.2 billion to $10 billion.

The company also projected that automotive business revenue would increase by approximately 50% year-over-year.
