Facilities voluntarily reporting and replacing expired equipment qualify for "first-offense exemption" penalties, successfully prompting rectification of 26 outdated devices through this flexible governance model.

Third, intensified random inspections covered 273 devices across 23 facilities, with no violations detected. This rigorous monitoring framework has effectively fortified safety protocols across the medical device ecosystem.
