Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced that Zhejiang Yongan Rongtong Holdings Co., Ltd will be delisted from the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at 9:00 a.m. on 16 March 2026.
Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 21 February 2025. Under GEM Rule 9.14A(1), the Exchange may cancel a listing if trading does not resume within 12 months. The company did not meet the resumption deadline of 20 February 2026 and failed to satisfy the prescribed resumption guidance.
On 27 February 2026, the GEM Listing Committee resolved to cancel the company’s listing under GEM Rule 9.14A(1). The Exchange has instructed the company to publish a formal announcement regarding the delisting.
Shareholders with questions about the implications of the delisting are advised by the Exchange to seek appropriate professional advice. The official delisting notice was issued in Hong Kong on 11 March 2026.
