EDA GROUP HLDGS (ASX: 02505) has announced several board changes, effective from June 30, 2026. Mr. Chen Guozhang has resigned from his role as an independent non-executive director, citing a desire to dedicate more time to his personal career development.

Concurrently, Mr. Chen has stepped down from his positions as a member of the company's audit committee and as the chairman of the remuneration committee, with these changes also taking effect from June 30, 2026.

EDA GROUP HLDGS has appointed Mr. Huang Risheng as an independent non-executive director and as the chairman of the remuneration committee, effective from the same date.

Additionally, Mr. Zhan Linkun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. His appointment also includes roles as a member of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee, effective from June 30, 2026.
