Elate Holdings released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reporting a net profit attributable to shareholders of US$41.14 million compared with a US$15.11 million loss in the prior-year period. Earnings per share rebounded to 9.26 US cents from a loss of 3.97 US cents.
Revenue rose 21.1% year-on-year to US$76.44 million, supported by stronger sales in electronic manufacturing services and a modest recovery in graphite products. Gross profit increased 17.5% to US$11.65 million, and operating profit reached US$43.14 million after booking a US$38.80 million fair-value gain on cryptocurrency holdings.
Segment results show that the manufacture and sale of electronic products generated US$62.35 million in revenue and US$8.71 million in profit, up 22.2% and 30.4% respectively. Graphite operations produced US$14.09 million in revenue but posted a US$0.99 million loss as higher energy and transport costs offset volume growth.
Total assets stood at US$518.76 million on 30 June 2026, up 11.3% from year-end 2025, driven by inventories rising to US$420.92 million. Net assets increased to US$465.48 million, while the gearing ratio (lease liabilities to equity) remained low at 0.04%. Cash and bank balances declined to US$10.72 million, with operating activities using US$1.78 million. The Group held no bank borrowings.
Management highlighted plans to develop a Web3.0-enabled graphite trading platform, redirecting unutilised proceeds from prior convertible debenture issues toward this initiative. No interim dividend was declared.
Looking ahead, Elate Holdings expects continued growth from its UK-based Axiom Manufacturing Services and sees potential demand for graphite in electric vehicles, robotics and AI applications. The Group will also pursue opportunities in digital technologies and platform-based trading while monitoring geopolitical and energy-price risks.
