GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad announced on Jul, 13 2026 that the High Court in Malaya has confirmed the company’s selective capital reduction and repayment exercise under Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016, clearing the way for its proposed privatisation.

The company will lodge a sealed copy of the court order with the Registrar of Companies, after which the privatisation will take effect. The effective date will coincide with the entitlement date, which will be disclosed later.
