MADISON HLDG (08057) has issued an announcement that, effective from 26 September 2026, Mr. Li Wentai has resigned as the company's company secretary, authorized representative and process agent.

Ms. Peng Huishi has been appointed as the company's company secretary, authorized representative and process agent.
