ICO GROUP (01460) announced that on September 26, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Yangko Limited intends to subscribe for 34,479 preferred shares in Weitu AI Inc, with a consideration of $3 million USD.

Upon completion of the subscription, the company plans to implement a comprehensive program to integrate the issuer's artificial intelligence capabilities into its business operations, particularly in (a) information technology applications and solutions development services; and (b) information technology infrastructure solutions services.
