Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited reported no changes in its authorized share capital for February 2026, remaining at 40.00 billion ordinary shares, par value US$0.001 each, for a total authorized capital of US$40.00 million. The number of issued shares also remained stable at 4.53 billion shares, with zero treasury shares reported.

According to the company announcement, the public float requirement of 25% has been met. Under the 2013 Share Option Scheme, there were 14.48 million outstanding share options as of the end of February, with no new shares issued. The 2013 Share Award Scheme and 2021 Share Incentive Plan could respectively issue or transfer 11.32 million and 193.93 million shares out of treasury, although no new shares were issued pursuant to these plans during the month.
