Bama Tea buys back 45,800 H-shares for HKD 1.40 million; treasury stock rises to 203,800 shares

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (Bama Tea) disclosed a share repurchase on 26 August 2026 under its existing mandate approved on 21 April 2026. Key details are as follows:

• Transaction size and pricing – 45,800 H-shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 30.36 and HKD 30.50 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 30.49. – Total consideration amounted to HKD 1.40 million.

• Capital structure impact – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 84.72 million from 84.76 million, a reduction of 0.054%. – Treasury shares increased to 203,800, while total issued share capital remained unchanged at 84.92 million shares.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – Since the 21 April 2026 mandate, Bama Tea has repurchased 203,800 shares, equivalent to 0.38% of the company’s issued H-share capital on the mandate date. – The authorised limit under the mandate is 5.30 million shares, leaving 5.10 million shares available for further buybacks.

• Post-repurchase restrictions – In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 25 September 2026.

All transactions were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, and no repurchased shares have been cancelled to date; they are held as treasury shares.
