SHENGHUA LANDE (08106) announced that, effective from the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting on December 15, 2025: Mr. Chen Ping and Ms. Huang Lianxi have resigned as non-executive director and vice chairman, and independent non-executive director, respectively; while Mr. Yu Zheng and Mr. Zhang Mingbo have been appointed as executive director and vice chairman, and independent non-executive director, respectively.

Following the meeting, Mr. Chen Ping stepped down as a member of the audit committee, and Ms. Huang Lianxi resigned as member and chairperson of the nomination committee. Mr. Zhang Mingbo was appointed as a member of the audit committee, while Ms. Huang Xuanzhen was named member and chairperson of the nomination committee.

Guowei has been appointed as the company’s auditor, effective December 15, 2025, with the term lasting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.

Additionally, the board proposed and received shareholder approval at the extraordinary general meeting to change the company’s Chinese name from "Zhejiang Shenghua Lande Technology Co., Ltd." to "Zhejiang Xinhua Lande Technology Co., Ltd." and its English name from "Shenghua Lande Scitech Limited" to "Xinhua Lande Scitech Co., Limited."
