China Boton Completes HK$0.04 Million Share Buyback, Reducing Free Float Marginally

China Boton Group Company Limited reported a minor adjustment to its share capital following an on-market repurchase executed on 1 June 2026.

On the transaction date, the company bought back 30,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$1.32 to HK$1.332, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$1.32733 per share. The total consideration amounted to HK$0.04 million.

The repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares, raising the treasury share balance to 192,000. Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.08 billion from 1.08 billion previously, representing a 0.0028% reduction.

The buyback was conducted under a shareholder mandate granted on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 30,000 shares—or 0.0028% of the authorised limit—have been utilised. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling, or transferring shares until 1 July 2026.

All regulatory confirmations regarding funding, documentation, and compliance with listing requirements have been affirmed by Director Wang Ming Fan on behalf of the board.
