Sterling Group Holdings Limited (Sterling Group) confirmed that Santai International has fully settled the remaining principal and interest—about HK$4.40 million—under two financing arrangements dated November 2023 and June 2024.
On 13 July 2026, Santai remitted HK$5.20 million to the Group. The payment first cleared the outstanding balances of the original Financial Assistance and Second Financial Assistance, both priced at an annual interest rate of 7%, and covered a residual HK$0.80 million in trade receivables owed to Sterling Apparel Limited (SAL).
The two facilities, initially extended by SAL, totalled HK$33.50 million. Prior to the latest transaction, Santai had made staged repayments of HK$10.00 million (24 Apr 2025), HK$3.30 million (30 Apr 2025), HK$6.00 million (8 May 2025), HK$8.00 million (15 May 2025), HK$30.00 million (29 Jun 2026) and HK$10.88 million (7 Jul 2026). All repayments were made without penalty, as permitted under the loan agreements.
Management stated that the complete recovery of the outstanding amounts strengthens the Group’s liquidity position and enhances its overall cash flow profile.
