Shanghai Zhida Technology Development Co., Ltd. (2650) (“Shanghai Zhida”) and Anhui Chery Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chery Green Energy”) have jointly established Anhui Ruizhi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., aiming to enhance their presence in the global new energy vehicle (NEV) smart charging industry. The joint venture, located in the Anqing Economic Development Zone in Anhui Province, has a registered capital of RMB20 million, with Chery Green Energy holding 60% equity interest and Shanghai Zhida taking a 40% stake. Its operation period is set for five years.

Under this partnership, both parties intend to integrate charging station technologies with automated charging robotics to offer next-generation energy charging solutions. The collaboration also encompasses research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service of smart charging equipment. By leveraging extensive overseas channels in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, the arrangement aims to implement localized charging infrastructure aligned with Chery Automobile’s global footprint. Additionally, the plan involves upgrading equipment supply to comprehensive mobility and distributed energy management services, utilizing solar power, energy storage, and charging systems.

This cooperation is expected to help Shanghai Zhida expand production capabilities and market reach, while optimizing resource sharing and accelerating the development of smart charging standards in international markets.
