SINOMAB BIO-B (03681) has announced that on July 24, 2026, the company granted 18.026 million share options to two eligible individuals.

This grant was made under the share option scheme previously adopted at a special general meeting on October 26, 2022, and subsequently amended at the annual general meeting held on June 14, 2024.

Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for one share of the company. The options entitle the grantees to subscribe for a total of 18.026 million shares, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
