According to an announcement by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) dated 22 January 2026, an investigation revealed a notable concentration of shareholding in Affluent Foundation Holdings Limited. As of 12 January 2026, 25 shareholders collectively held 183,177,000 shares, representing approximately 15.26% of the total outstanding. A substantial shareholder, China VC Holdings Limited, maintained 904,390,000 shares or around 75.37% of the total, resulting in a combined 90.63% being concentrated in these hands. This left 112,433,000 shares, or 9.37%, held by other shareholders.

Company information also indicated that China VC Holdings Limited disposed of 4,390,000 shares, accounting for about 0.37% of the total, on 16 January 2026. The share price of Affluent Foundation Holdings rose sharply from HK$0.425 on 15 October 2025 to HK$5.87 on 12 January 2026, marking an increase of 1,281.2%. It further closed at HK$5.99 on 21 January 2026, reflecting a gain of 1,309.4% compared to 15 October 2025. The SFC noted that when a small number of investors hold the majority of shares, the company’s stock price may experience substantial volatility, and investors are advised to exercise caution.
