Centurion Accommodation REIT gets licence for Westlite Toh Guan expansion

Centurion Accommodation REIT announced on Dec, 05 2025 that it has secured a Foreign Employee Dormitories Act licence for a newly completed 1,764-bed block at its Westlite Toh Guan facility.

The approval permits the trust to retain 664 beds in the existing blocks until Dec, 31 2028, keeping the dormitory’s total capacity at 8,430 beds.

The manager, Centurion Asset Management, will submit a new FEDA licence application covering the expanded capacity.
