Z.AI Co., Ltd. (“KNOWLEDGE ATLAS”; stock code 02513) disclosed that on 13 July 2026 it completed the allotment and issue of 19.78 million new H shares under its existing general mandate.

The placement increased the company’s issued share base from 221.31 million to 241.09 million shares, representing an 8.94% expansion.

The new shares were priced at HKD 1,588.00 each, implying gross proceeds of approximately HKD 31.41 billion.

Allotment was carried out in accordance with the placing agreement signed on 9 July 2026 and was fully authorised by the board. The company confirmed compliance with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements.

Following the transaction, KNOWLEDGE ATLAS reported no outstanding treasury shares and no repurchased shares pending cancellation.
